Delivery
Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping, orders over £130 qualify for free express next business day shipping.
Standard delivery (usually 2-5 business days, though can be around 7 business days during peak/public holiday periods): £3.95
Express next day delivery (usually 1-2 business days with DPD next day): £10.95
Orders placed before 2pm will usually be despatched by the next working day.
These services are not 100% guaranteed, we always try our best to select the quickest service possible, but we do rely on the courier once your order leaves us. Saying that, one of the benefits of shopping local are that if you are reasonably close to Ham/Kingston (eg Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, Thames Ditton or Wimbledon) we can usually guarantee a specific delivery time with prior arrangement, please get in touch on info@riverandpark.co.uk
Local delivery rates are available for KT2 and TW10 postcodes:
orders over £15 - £2.50
orders over £30 - £1.50
orders over £50 - free same day if you order before 1pm.

Free pick up is available at Ham Parade Market on the first Saturday of every month (no market in January), Thames Ditton Farmers Market on the fourth Saturday of every month or from our HQ in KT2/TW10 (please select 'Pick up from Ham Parade Market' at checkout). Your order will be available for collection at the next market after you place your order or sooner if you wish to collect. Please get in touch if you would like to use this pick up option to confirm where you would like to collect from. If you are unable to collect for any reason, please notify us in advance by emailing info@riverandpark.co.uk
We are currently only shipping to the UK. If you wish to have an order sent outside the UK, please get in touch with info@riverandpark.co.uk
Please note, in order to be as sustainable as possible, we ship all orders in re-used packaging. Please get in touch before placing an order if this will be an issue.
